Matt began his career installing accounts and quickly advanced to managing a full commercial route as a pest technician. His dedication and skill led him to become a Field Operations Manager, where he successfully managed a team of more than 12 technicians, ensuring top-tier service and operational excellence.

Matt has serviced and overseen accounts across Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including retail food establishments, universities, school districts, and assisted living facilities. He specializes in audited environments such as food production and medical device manufacturing, where compliance and precision are critical.

Beyond common pests, Matt's experience extends to identifying and resolving issues with non-native species—such as Australian roaches—making him the perfect call when your home or business faces an unfamiliar pest problem. Joel Bradford brings over 11 years of experience in the pest control industry and a reputation for thoroughness, professionalism, and customer care. Starting his career as a commercial pest technician, Joel serviced businesses throughout Manchester, Concord and north into Laconia, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and multi-residential properties. His dedication to solving pest issues and his friendly, professional approach earned him a loyal customer base—many clients requested Joel exclusively for their service needs.

After several years in the field, Joel was promoted to Field Operations Manager, where he led a team of seven technicians across central and northern New Hampshire. His leadership ensured consistent quality and operational excellence. Later, Joel transitioned into an Account Executive role, where he managed and onboarded thousands of commercial accounts, helping businesses implement effective pest management programs tailored to their unique needs.

With 10 years of experience in the pest control industry, Chris Laliotis brings a customer-first approach and deep operational knowledge to Conquered Pest Solutions. Chris began his career as an inside sales representative and quickly advanced to becoming a Commercial Account Executive, within six months. He worked closely with service technicians, area operations managers, and office staff to ensure smooth installations of new commercial accounts and resolve customer service issues efficiently.

Chris has extensive experience managing accounts for restaurant and hotel chains, as well as developing detailed maps and programs for audited food production facilities and medical device manufacturers. He also oversaw a portfolio of accounts across central and northern New Hampshire, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
